Withdraw from the contract

You have 14 days to change your mind: from receipt for products, from purchase for experiences as long as the date has not been set, and for Gift Cards not yet used.

  • How it works

    Enter your name, order number and email, check the summary and press "Confirm withdrawal". We email you the receipt straight away, with the content of your statement, the date and the time.

  • After the withdrawal

    For products, we tell you where to send them back. We refund you within 14 days, with the same means of payment you used.

  • When it does not apply

    Perishable products, sealed products opened after delivery and experiences whose date has already been set: for these, free cancellation up to 7 days before applies.
