In this tasting the typical wines of the territory are poured and explained by a sommelier: not a lecture, a conversation. Why that Nebbiolo tastes of dried rose and this one of liquorice, what the fog did to the vintage, how you read a wine that still has twenty years ahead of it. Questions welcome, including the ones you're afraid to ask.

On the plate, a board of local specialities: because here wine was never meant to be alone, but to go with what the land provided. Together you understand both better — that is why it has always been done this way in our homes.
