Soil: calcareous marl with layers of sand.
Grape variety: 100% Dolcetto, hand-harvested with cluster selection.
Pruning: Guyot.
Density: 4,400 vines per hectare.
Winemaking: soft crushing with destemming; controlled temperature fermentation with 5-6 days of maceration on the skins; aging in stainless steel tanks until bottling; brief bottle aging.
Color: ruby red with violet reflections.
Aroma: fresh and vinous bouquet.
Taste: dry, with moderate acidity, slightly almondy.
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C in a tulip-shaped glass.
