Hand-harvested with strict cluster selection.

Density: 4,400 vines per hectare.
Soft crushing with destemming; fermentation at controlled temperature with maceration for about ten days on the skins. After an adequate maturation period, a brief bottle aging precedes the release for sale.
Deep ruby red. With aging, light garnet reflections appear.
Aroma: clear, elegant with hints of wild berries and notes of ripe rose.
Taste: fresh, elegant, harmonious with a very pleasant and broad finish.
Serve at a temperature of 18°C in a tulip-shaped glass.
Tajarin with meat ragù, meat stews, lamb, white meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
